I mean here he is, wanting to talk about Yaxchilan artifacts with one of his anthropologists when out of the blue she starts spouting lines about “Bikini Power”. Would certainly embarass me =)
If you look carefully, you’ll notice those are asterisks, rather than quotation marks. Typically, in forums and such, they are used to describe an action taken by someone, or a feeling/emotional state being experienced by someone.
So she didn’t say it, she was radiating the feel-good state of bikini power.

On a serious note, it might make him (and others) feel uncomfortable. It’s not a pleasant feeling when you feel uncomfortable with something sexual.
Especially if you’re an older man talking to your employee, I imagine it’s incredibly uncomfortable.
Not to mention being unprofessional, which can be a really bad idea at work.
She’s unconsciously posing like a bikini model in a photo shoot. That’s not a normal way to stand.
