I know this one webcomic where there’s no cast list for any strips, and the characters rarely refer to each other by name, and many of the characters look very similar in greyscale (drawn strikingly different in the original colour, but then usually greyed for web publishing), so it can take pages before you work out who’s talking and with whom.
I not going to name the comic, but just wanted to highlight how good Paul is to us.
“When the twilight is gone [Aahhh-aahh!] and no songbird is singing [Aahhh!] When the twilight is gone [Aahhh-aahh!] you come into my heart [Aahhh!] And here in my heart you will stay…while I pray…”
“They’re coming to get you, Barbara!”
DANGIT! That’s the first thing I thought too. But then my “Backyard” is where Romaro started all the fun.
I love the architectural drawings.
If they’re almost out of twilight, then I suppose that’s probably not a sparkle-enhanced vampire looking down at them…
If they’re almost out of twilight, then they’ll soon meet a sharp-dressed man with close-cropped hair. smoking a cigarette.
Good thing the ground keeper wasn’t Arthur Two-Sheds Jackson…
Well, Arthur only had one shed.
But he was thinking of building another. Come, Patsy!
No, no, no – it’s spelt Raymond Luxury Yach-t, but it’s pronounced ‘Throatwobbler Mangrove’.
Good thing it wasn’t Grounds keeper Willie either, we just might be in “The Shinning.”
already getting back into the spooky, I like it. ~<3
I had it all backwards. Barbara is the alpha in this tiny pack. That’s why she gets the stronger name.
Is that the tiny pack Mindy’s holding against her chest?
Damn, but I’ve missed this. Welcome back, Paul!
Swirly eyes? I thought that was Tina’ s trademark!
There’s a reason for it. We’re hoping Paul makes it canon. The glasses hide something.
They’re a talisman that changes Mindy’s appearance.
She is a great granddaughter of Aphrodite.
Shouldn’t there have been a *DOUM* sound for when the generator was started?
Or is the light in the mansion coming from another source?
Ooo-ooo-oooh! *waves fingers in front of face in a pathetic attempt to emote spookiness*
I for one am glad the Characters are named per page, it’s taking a little time to get back to telling who is who…
Could be a lot worse.
