Wish I had a friend like that. In middle school I was so messed up because of all the abuse I’d suffered in elementary (and I DO mean abuse… but I’m not going into that here) that I started threatening to stab people with pens. I followed through with it, too, which shut people up fast.

Elementary and Junior high were messed up for me as well.
My parents moved from the suburbs to the country and it was a messed up experience. It was not safe to walk to your friend’s house. Because, there were no sidewalks and it was in the middle of nowhere and if someone ran you over no one would know or care.
Small towns suck if you are an outsider. Thankfully, I gained a few friends for a while. I also, stood up to the bullies for other people. I had a hard time doing for myself.
Although, if you stabbed someone in the hand with a pen know instead of detention or something else stupid; they would lock you up as a terrorist.
Similar to me tossing a lunchroom table at assholes making fun of people in wheelchairs. I had a brother that was in a wheelchair. You did not do that shit in front of me…still not happy I lost it like that though. =T
