If you’re prone to that. I was the one in the family that could eat POUNDS of sugar with no hyperness, no nausea, no weight gain, nothing to indicate I’d eaten it.
(On the other hand, if my blood sugar gets too low, it will go back up very quickly after consuming sugar. So everything does work…)

I never got a sugar rush, but I do get a rush and later a crash from salt for some reason…
