Nope! (Boy type) Ranma_Saotom/Saotome_Ranma was the FIRST thing I thought of when I saw Shelly dressed like ^that.^
She really just makes it more tempting for Shelly with that attitude. Heck, I’m a by-the-book sort of person in public usually, and it would drive ME to the same thing. 🙂
