    I can understand how she feels. It seems like everyday when I have school, I have to wake up around 4 in the morning, to get a cup of water to throw on the neighbor’s cat, because he won’t shut up.

      His foreign policy for South/Central America was speak softly (be polite) and carry a big stick (have an army/navy that can force the issue if necessary).
