I know that phrase from somewhere: “I’ll never do your bidding! I have a doctor’s degree!!!”

Led. The past tense of “lead” is “led.”

I guess this strip was posted before Paul had the idea to have her encounter a pair of helos and be saved by an A-10.

She was definitely on a team before the encounter.

I love watching Kathrine gaining confidence in herself and her abilities. Learning when to ask for help and who to ask are good places to start for leading your first team (A knowledgeable second in command who will guide without taking over is very beneficial for a novice leader.)

I would also point out that there is a big difference between being on a team and leading one.
