Actually I assumed sleeping in whatever spatial pocket with a larger interior than exterior that exists within Bud, was specifically to avoid having to sleep huddled against each other on a single/twin size bed… kind of like being at the bottom of a dark hole again.
Their current arrangement could have come from their need to be connected to each other even at night, like security blankets or a child wanting to sleep with parents.
Does “that close” include Brandi sleeping IN Bud??? 😉
