    Hmm, reminds me of a tale I read in another comic about a snake-woman. It may or may not be quite applicable here. It is in Keychain of creation, but after a HALF HOUR of hunting, I can’t find the direct link. Basically: As a snake woman, it is her destiny, in a way, to turn her fangs upon you. This is said of a snake woman(literally)/ asian assassin woman (ignoring the cliche of asian women being symbolized as snake women) who is turned into an inanimate object: a sword/clay golem, that if not treated well: fed blood/givin’ some lovin’, will turn her fangs upon her keeper/lover.
