Hmm… in some ways, not really. Every time the Calendar machine resets time, only Jin seems to retain her memories and full awareness of it. You could say it affects everyone in the sense that 2013 never comes, but they never notice it.
Or everyone and everything except Jin’s psyche continues on without change. Don’t want to post spoilers so I will not say more.
