Looks like everyone is going to make their move come this new moon. And why does “Smoking Aces” suddenly come to mind? I suppose it has something to do with the fact that we have all of these groups, each with their own motives, converging on the same goal; lets just hope for Monica’s sake that there is a lot less shooting.

Doubt’s never looked sexier than in that last panel!

    Or more ominous.

Okay, is anyone else seriously disturbed by Doubt (apparent) role in things?

Then again, will the other demons let Doubt have her way? They all seem to use use masks for their faces, what is really behind them?

Could someone take the time to identify which demons are which in the first panel lineup? (I just want to make sure which is which.) Thanks.

Okay, let’s see if I have them right:
Back left is Panic; in front of her is (I believe) Anger; to the right of Doubt (her left) is Lust and Vanity. In front on the left is Hatred. The eye way in the back on the left is Fear. The demon on the right in front with the spiked hair and bound boobs – no idea. And I really have no idea who that is that’s winding around Doubt’s leg.

I don’t know who the “bound liberty” demon is, but I think the wispy demon around doubt’s leg is a nod to another comic. It looks like a slaver wasp.

The March 9, 2006 strip where we met most of them, though it wasn’t until later that we met Lust and Vanity.

Hmm, “bound liberty” That’s an interesting way of putting it. What if that’s exactly what she is, or close to it? I think she’s Guilt. The voice that speaks when you aren’t doing what you should, or you’ve done something wrong or you THINK you have, and, like Doubt, sometimes it’s appropriet, but most of the time she takes a little bit of truth and blows it up to extreme proportions.

The Strip where we met Lust and Vanity was over here.

The little “snake” around Doubt’s leg might be something left over from her little conversation with Jin’s Doubt – though it’s probably just an “aspect” of Doubt.

If Pablo were to name who our unknown demon in the corner is, I’d almost be willing to bet she would be “Terror” – similar to panic, not quite fear.

I think the demon with the bindings is Inhibitions – and the snakey looking thing is – how can I put this – a venomous tongue? You know, ‘can’t say anything nice about anyone’? Anyone have a closer simile (or is it metaphor)?

If I had to guess by here appearance I would say the statue of liberty with the bound tits is pain or anguish, something like that.
