“Harem” is a relative term (and originally just for the women’s part of a home). There are some men who would say they have a harem with just one woman, so two can be considered at least the start of one.
What would Tenshi do ? Historically, Tenshi would Do everything possible to ignore the situation and try to keep the piece so Ryoko doesk kill everybody mihoshi doesn’t accidentally blow up the planet, Wahine doesn’t do some mad experiment that MAY blow up the universe, and so the royal princess doesn’t get jealous. And He would fight for his friends in any way he could, till the head of the Royal Jurai government Essentially make him get married to ALL the women in his harem. This happened in at least 2 different series AND Tenshi Muyo GXP. (even though the MC was NOT Tenshi)
