Bryn clearly has the … lung capacity to carry on that conversation, but shouldn’t that one snippet of dialog be- “AAAUGH! WAIT!! *Giggle* *WHAM* OOooof!”
A bunch of mangle opportunity, including to Bryn’s shoulder, her ribs, and her leg. Her right arm and her hip joint aren’t completely out of danger, not to mention that K. doesn’t have any control of the speed of the fall. Or am I being too picky of a cartoon?
No, I’m pretty sure you’re right Barer. Given the balance and inertia required to keep the movement up for the throw while still maintaining an upright position until Kath would have to escort her to the ground, I’d say that the only way one could do this move would have to be quick and pretty forceful. Plenty of points where this kind of move could go wrong and most of the basis for it to work would have to be surprise I think.
show her some of that kung fu lovin! 😛
Somewhere there is a joke about a kung fu grip… lol
Personally I think she just showed her a dance move called the ballroom blitz or would that bedroom blitz…. hmmm
ju jitsu. or hapkido.
I’m leaning toward hapkido myself. Beautiful job of conveying both the move and the movement involved!
Judo. Though… I’m.. I’m not entirely sure this would work… it’s similar Ouichi Gari.. but, it’s the wrong leg doing the sweep..
Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing…
I was thinking more like “Any judo throw that lets you ___________ like bunnies after using is a massive asset in seduction”.

Never thought Katherine was the type to wear heels. But what do I know?
Never mind that; who knew Kathryn was in the Air Force?
It was brought up back in The Lost Dolls of the Anasazi.
She even taught Astali how to take out the choppers.
IIRC her adopted father was an officer in the USAF — so she grew up as an Air Force brat 😏
That’s an odd move. It looks like a sacrifice throw that could injure your opponent.
I thought so too, seems there is a mangle opportunity in there…
But I was also distracted by Paul’s audacity to even illustrating this set of interaction. Well done.

It’s probably a cop move.
We have to remember that Bryn is a para – Katherine probably has some idea from previous – ahem, physical activity as to what she can take
Looks to me like Friskies isn’t just a cat food anymore…
Well, right when Questionable Content goes on a short hiatus Wapsi Square continues just in time so that I can continue shipping uninterrupted… 🙂
QC isn’t on hiaturs LEAK.
…yet. (Sorry for the spoiler…)
Also, there’ll be guest comics.
Miniskirt wrasslin’. I didn’t know it was a thing, but it’s a thing. Whoo.
Back in the days of 1950s soft porn, it was called “apartment wrestling.”
Yer going ti make me Google stuff, aren’t ‘cha?
Well, I was right. Katherine is first a mother, and then a lover. Awesome.
I wonder if Kath ever served with Sgt. Gina Gibs while she was in the Air Force?
Bryn needs to go on a vacation to the island beach and wear the skimpiest string bikini Paul can manage to draw.
And anybody else notice that Katherine has become more well-endowed since her original appearance back in the early days?
Anyone else notice that Kat was skilled enough to de-blouse mid-throw?
Bryn took Kath’s shirt off in the previous installment.
