Atsali learned about Tina’s nature (demon covey/coven, animating an undead body whose original owner is gone) a long time ago, and it seems likely that Castela would have learned as much from her over the years. They were both present on the island when Tina was discussing her Bia-induced visions with Monica and Shelly, so she might have heard that, as well.
Whether Castela knows the fine details about Tina’s past… Tina-1’s background and the cause of her death in the traffic accident, where Tina-1’s soul ended up, Tina’s evolution towards becoming a unified being… I don’t think we know that yet.
