I get that vibe. I tell people my Borg Designation is One-of-Ten. My “baby” brothers were largely useless growing up. My Parents had a run of 6 girls before the first of them was born. So yeah! I pick up on vibes. Can’t say I know much about the gestation of Sprites though.
I can see it. I’m the eldest of three girls. We also have an older half-brother who grew up with his mom, functionally an only child. We each also have one child each. Shawna reads more like my brother and the spawn than like my sisters or me.
You need no more proof of this truth than to try this experiment:
Get on the bus. Best done during a time of day when the bus will be crowded. Start crying & keep crying for a long as possible. At worst you’ll be ignored, but otherwise you may either get some expressions (or even conversations) of sympathy.
On the same day next week & the same time of day, get on the same bus route. Start laughing. People may even move to the other end of the bus…
And the connection is made perminant
Getting the impression Shawna may be an only child

Now to cement it with some much needed ice cream.
I mean really, it’s pretty clear they both need one. Or maybe a bubble tea or something.
Sugar does wonders.
They planning on turning the lake into a salt-water lake? 😛
one more ride on the BWAAAAAH.! roller coaster….
A fine example of a mutually self-initiated perpetual cycle for exactly the same reason.
I’m pulling the cord on my life raft now…
Is that quite literally the “Fountain of Youth”?
Cry, and the world cries with you; but laugh and you laugh alone…
