Trust me, this is a real thing! Personal experience speaking here. Looking in from outside the relationship I can read the cues and signals pretty well, but when I am involved…shrug. Beginning to think it’s hormonally triggered, something in that chemical cocktail we call love and affection that short circuits that part of my brain.
Hmmm! 8 floors, and, presumably, 7 stairwells , which Castela evidently also covered, more quickly, [at least the 7 stairwells,] and didn’t actually notice. I know someone like that. She’s scary!
Not, really, all Castela had to do is go out the door and turn one way, but after Scarlet finished her conversation and ran out after her, Not knowing which way she ran, Scarlet turned the OTHER way and then had to catch up. Castela didn’t have to be running all that fast to be where Scarlet found her… and i guarantee that there are MORE than just seven stairwells in the school because of fire codes/OSHA rules… i’d say a MINIMUM of 14 with one at each end of the floor, maybe even more…
