Yup… and that was a prime example of the sort of “multiverse model” of haunting that Barbara was referring to.
The “stone tape” sort of haunting is more like what Atsali and Nadette experienced at Mapimi… a flood of recorded memories and impressions, without anything physical actually taking place or being left behind.
I suspect her thought process is something like this. “These over-eager ghost hunters had evidence that the school club room was haunted, they didn’t understand the situation, and they just rushed in heedlessly to have a sleep-over. Things went bad and we almost lost Daylla permanently as a result. Now, Castela is all eager to dive into another haunted-room situation, without understanding the underlying mechanism behind the mystery any better than she did last time, and these two new ‘intellectuals’ are just as heedless as she is. This has all the ingredients for another potential disaster.”
I noticed it when I saw Barbara was one head shorter then Scarlet and so were Casella, but in the last strips Casella is one head shorter then Barbara, that’s what I mane.
It has been brought to my attention by the greatest comic writer ever (Rich Morris wouldn’t lie about that, would he?) that I am nothing but a toxic sock-puppet troll that irritates everyone, would like to say it’s been pleasant being part of this community, but that is obviously a lie as I have only ever been barely acknowledged and not part of it
A cerebral casing? So, we’re dealing with zombie sausage here? Brainwurst?
Pickled Bratwurst
Isn’t “transference of solid objects” what happened to Daylla?

They’re having that conversation Barbara refers to, stone-tape vs multiverse, when they first appear in the comic — http://wapsisquare.com/comic/glaring-fact/
You know, back when Barbara had a different hair color… 😉
What is Scarlet going on about?

Is there any particular reason, Barbara’s hair keeps changing from brown/red to blonde/white (black n white comic, color not obvious)?
It seems Barbara’s height also goes up and down, or castella’s height is going up and down, not sure which.
The Castella’s height going up and down could be explained if she is bouncing in spot with excitement.
Why do you say so? I can find only one frame with both Cass and Barbara.
I noticed it when I saw Barbara was one head shorter then Scarlet and so were Casella, but in the last strips Casella is one head shorter then Barbara, that’s what I mane.

Okay Cas is not exactly one head shorter then Barb, but the height thing still seems so odd to me, I might be seeing things I guess.
Maybe Castela’s height fluctuates depending on how tightly bunched up her vines and branches are?
“I’ll take that as a ‘No’.”
M’s hair is usually white in the BW comics, but not always. Bathing suits change from black to white depending on the lighting.
Don’t worry, Barbara; the ghosts don’t believe in you either…
Um, the doubter here is Scarlet.
Which is odd, because Scarlet herself is a Para.
I don’t think we can assume the clear, non-colored hair can be assumed to be an actual ‘lighter than most’ color.
In fact lots of times we’ve seen a raven haired head depicted with ‘white hair’…

Goodbye
Happy Birthday, Paul!
