What’s not yet clear is that (without spoilers for anyone who hasn’t read this yet) the last panel is most likely the door to Monica’s basement/wine cellar, where something has just appeared, as a result of the spell Monica just unintentionally cast, or the command she just gave to the Golem Girls in Glyph, depending on how you look at it.
