It depends on how bubbly the good spirits would be–it could get extremely annoying if she was not careful.

That’s actually a good, simple philosophy to live by. She sounds like Dudeism might be right for her!
Sadly doesn’t work, if your actual job include things, what you cannot fix, yet the higher ups still find you responsible about them to work somehow.
