Its one of those types of riddles that the answer tells about the persons personality. This riddle has 3 answers that i know of. The third answer ive heard is shadows.
Personally, I’d say ‘Air’ over shineshine or wind. You can see it as the sky and as the wind, it kisses your lips every day, and it mingles in the tree tops. Some days you may not see the sun (overcast all day) and you may not go anywhere with wind, but your nose or lips need air to breath. It would be much rarer not to kiss air each and every day.

“Snow” would work, too, though I had to really strain to come up with it.
But you can see snow.
And BigBadRichard said shadows, but you can see those too.
The answer is something that you can see, but that cannot see you. Snow might work, but it doesn’t touch you every day.
It could be dust?!
Though the dust needs wind to “kiss” your face.
Snow is related to winter, only one season of four.
Shadow is kinda hard to spot in the tretops.
you don’t see shadows because shadows are the absence of something. besides the riddle is that IT doesn’t see YOU.
i would personally say something like the strong nuclear force or electromagnetic waves.
