Color me blind – and mad props to the artist, I couldn’t do something this well if I tried for the rest of my life – but it looks like she’s been stung hard on her left boob by something. A trick of light and shadow perhaps?

Maybe Rudolf is sick and she’s leading the sleigh?
I may be wrong here, but I think that’s a coloring style she learned from another artist named Dadward where parts of the body that extend outward, like knees and elbows and such, are touched with a bit of blush.
I have seen Santa Monica but I’ve never seen Santa MONICA. YOWZA! reminds me of Maria Carrey….a little.
