    Ruh-roh!

    That left a mark.

I think the only way to mitigate this will be for Castela and Shawna to separately confess to what happened as soon as Katherine arrives home, if not sooner.

Kath will be reasonable about it. She knows very well that her adopted daughter has an heir trigger.

I don’t know whether to applaud you or gather an angry mob.

Thank you! I’ve suggested to my wife that this statement ought to go on my tombstone.

(this was _supposed_ to go here…) We’ll need the Torches to see by & the Pitch Forks to keep in tune we we get the gathered mob to sing out “Huzzah!”

I’m kind of glad this played out how it did because I suspected Shawna of pulling a prank and that would have been way too mean of her.

Yup, I was expecting this page to be Shawna laughing before realising she had gone too far

They can put it on the wall next to the hole Castela’s fist made several years ago. Didn’t Kath frame it?

Let’s just hope that Castela managed to keep the plasma blast down to the point where it only pinched a hole in the TV screen, and didn’t go straight through the wall of the building, the wall of the building across the street, and elderly Mrs. Fenterblossom’s beloved cat Herbert sleeping on the hassock.

Came here to say just that 😉

My Ma was the same way. If someone tried to scare her as a joke, they’d either get punched out of reflex, or after out of anger.

Was it though? Was it really though?

Stela’s next call had better be to her mom, and explain what happened

Well considering the damage, which is pretty light, there are not holes in the wall… or the next wall after that, I think that Kath would be a little understanding.

But considering a decent LCD TV will run you a MINIMUM of $350 or more… (see notation below)

Good luck explaining THAT to your Mom! (Can you say, farewell allowance? I knew you could)

One would think a plasma tv should be impervious to plasma, yet here we are.
