    I can’t remember if it was Clive Barker or Neil Gaiman who said it. Or the exact words. It was something about stories, or horror stories especially, being able to impart truth more effectively than mere facts because you don’t expect it. Or probably something more complex and clever than that. I think about it a lot, I should probably remember it better.
