We generally presume that the hollow faced one on all fours is Lust.
I thought that the one with the masked face and hairy arms was greed, and gluttony
I have come to the understanding that all three of the possibilities- greed, lust, gluttony- can be categorized under one name- Desire. That’s what she is.
She’s Pleasure/Self-Indulgence
Another possible guess is Desire, which works for both lust and greed, which hollow-face has displayed so far.
All fours is, as someone whose name escapes me said, Hollow Pleasures.

Hmmm. No, I think they’re more like the 4 horsemen of the alpacalips. “Apocalypse” would be too early in the story. Just sayin’
