“Couldn’t drink enough” – yeah, that’s a classic sign of high blood sugar level. The body wants to dilute the higher amount of sugar in the blood. I had noticed that it starts for me, when the amount reaches about the double of the level, what would be considered as healthy… That’s why can be really dangerous during heatwaves – harder to know, that it’s just a normal thirstiness or there is a bigger problem.

I’m doing better, just still a lot of things going on with my son’s health that keeps my brain from feeling very creative. I am hoping to continue the comic as I don’t want to let it totally fade away. I know it means a lot to a lot of folks.

Also, I’m sure you’ve looked at it/into it, but most hospitals have financial aid to help take down the costs.
