I believe the distinction between horns and antlers is that horns grow continuously and antlers are shed every year.

I do rather have to question tailoring in the Wapsiverse though. Seems like the horns, wings, and other things would make it rather hard to buy decent clothes. I rather want to see Phix’s closet though. We’re talking two very drastically different sizes and shapes to her. I suspect that she has some way to morph her clothes, but she’s clearly got an eye for style too.
