I agree on the change to allspice. She’s probably had to endure in-family browbeating and simply doesn’t like being pigeon-holed.
It feels like she might not like being identified as the daughter of someone renowned, as if that’s the most important thing about her, especially since it appears a major life choice was made for her, likely by this same person. Her last minute choice of allspice over cinnamon is a minor but telling rebellion.
Last minute thought. In the next posting, Tina sets their pre-made coffee orders on the counter … and Olivia’s already has allspice instead of cinnamon.
