I do like the circly thing she has going on behind her (tina that is)
And i like whats in the display cases.
Cake (looks like walnut but i suspect its coffee. the menu seems to have something with expresso, syrup and whipped cream though that could be a drink ) and cherry ontop of white icing cake.
Yea think i would like to visit tina’s shop irl 🙂
Menacing? I don’t see it. Besides, without Nudge, the Collective is driviing in their oh-so-democratic, everybody-votes-before-anything-is-said-or-done kind of way. 😀
Boy, Paul. You’ve set the bar pretty high and it’s only Monday! I’m going to comment on the hands and arm positions because everybody else has been commenting on all the other good stuff. Oh, and does Shelly have and i-Phone or a Droid? Apparently it’s a big deal ’cause I know a few people who are teasing each other about which one is better. I don’t know why anyone would want to surf the ‘net with a phone, but apparently it is common. No, I’m not a Luddite, I just like bigger screens.

you’re thinking too RL.. think about it, if you had the ability to poit , you wouldn’t text or phone, you would just poit there! 🙂
why look it up in the web, when you just poit to the library, and find it right away…
“don’t know why anyone would want to surf the ‘net with a phone”
– so what do you do, whe you have to wait 10 mins for a train/bus?? play tetris? read some shabby book you managed to shove in a pocket?? or catch up on the current news on the web???
I suspect it’s a riff on the currently popular commercial that implies that no matter what you want or need to do “There’s an app for that”. She needs to learn to prioritize, for sanity’s sake, but isn’t sure how to do it, hence the joke 😉
I understand the app thing, I just don’t get why Tina up and said Shelly needs to prioritize. I don’t get how the talk about the situation in Ireland led to that remark.
Ooh, new background. I’d buy a book of Paul’s backgrounds. I’ve found myself studying those, at times, wishing the characters weren’t in the way…
I can make out the vague form of delicious things under glass! Mmmmm, I wonder just what sort of goodies Tina carries in her shop..
I guess whatever her part-time helper/pastry chef, Becky, whips up. Now there’s another freckled cutie.
Oh, man, I’d totally forgotten about her. We haven’t gotten a whole lot of time to get to know that girl, have we? Ah, maybe some day.
This looks like a very nice and well thought out environment. Considering how many webcomics ignore backgrounds completely, this is quite refreshing.
I look at that and think “Poor Paul. Poor wrist!”
Paul said he was going to push himself this week.
What – now that she’s had her Nudgectomy, Tina’s going babushka?
To hide her Nudgectomy scar?
Eek! My Tina looks uber cute! Nice filled out scene, too.
I agree with the Tina cuteness.
But, I will take you to task over “My”.
Right. Everyone jniws she’s mine.
Rowwrrr! Fttz!
She is everyone’s.
And there’s enough (demons inside) of her to go around!
So…everyone pick a different demon and night of the week?
Just remember to bring a book along, ’cause when she sleeps/shuts down, it’s sudden and death-like. There is no “wake-up for round 2” until morning.
Oh, and if you just can’t wait, be sure not to have anything in any orifice when she first comes to. You might not get it back.
Relax, he’s been saying that at least since Phix punctured Tina under her chin.
D’oh! Never mind
WOW. Looks like Shelly sure can fill out a pair of jeans. YOWZA!
Yeah, I was gonna say something about that . . .
+1 on Shelley’s posterior shot in frame one…
Those are the largest muscles on the body, so naturally Shelly’s would be notable!
And here I had pictured Tina’s shop just a little place.
I do hope Nudge’s new persona will stroll in this week. I am eagerly awaiting the first meeting of Tina and out-of-body Nudge.
Few things are simple. Even prioritizing can get complicated.

The “espresso, syrup, (something), whipped cream” item is a listing of extra-charge items–50 cents each.
Oh. I . Want. That. Door sign.
BASEMENT
NOT AN
EXIT
Love it!!
(The rest is brilliant, too.)
My veterinarian has that sign on his basement door, too!
But wait. Isn’t that basement of Tina’s actually an exit? Just not the kind most mortals think it is? Heh.
Love the art, as usual! The countertop, in particular, is really cool today!
Do we really know who’s driving Tina, now that Nudge is at the Library? She feels vaguely menacing…
Menacing? I don’t see it. Besides, without Nudge, the Collective is driviing in their oh-so-democratic, everybody-votes-before-anything-is-said-or-done kind of way. 😀
Actually, I’d say the opposite. She seems less nebulous and more with-it now…
Shelly’s jeans. Paul’s backgrounds. Tina’s cuteness. All comments have already been made.

So a sub-compact with VoiP is more your style of “phone”?
Have to have a laptop, might as well be able to use it as a phone.

I don’t really understand Tina’s response in the second panel. It doesn’t seem to follow from the dialog in the first.
I suspect it’s a riff on the currently popular commercial that implies that no matter what you want or need to do “There’s an app for that”. She needs to learn to prioritize, for sanity’s sake, but isn’t sure how to do it, hence the joke 😉
Oh, yeah – as in phone application 😉
I understand the app thing, I just don’t get why Tina up and said Shelly needs to prioritize. I don’t get how the talk about the situation in Ireland led to that remark.
She made the “stone marker” bit complex when she didn’t have to, making it not a priority to make complex.
While I’m at it, I can’t help thinking it really is time for another book…
WOAH! Background much? XD
That bottom scene looks like a Starbucks or Gloria Jeans counter. Nice half splash, Pablo; you da man!
Wow the girls both look amazing in this one! Good job!
