I mind me of the words of Mark Bode, son of the great Vaughn Bode. He said, (quoting from memory) “My dad told my if I drew tits like that, I’d always have money. So I draw tits like that, and I’ve always had money.”
Blonde hair would make her look like real life jumping spiders (can’t think of any off the top of my head that are quite that shade of pink). On the other hand, I like the cotton candy look. It emphasizes the fact that hers is probably a species indigenous to L-space, what with the longevity and human level intelligence.
1. This is actually pretty accurate regarding how jumping spiders make themselves sleeping bags/hammocks to sleep in every night.
2. Where are her spinnerettes located?
3. Can she go full giant spider mode?
4. D’awwwwwesome!
The texture seems to imply that it’s woven/webbing. But, that same texture is a close match for her top. At least, the main part.
Which leads to speculation(s) along the lines:
– Digit can morph herself to have functioning spinnerets
– suggesting she can make them appear/disappear at will
– she can make her own clothing
– and probably blankets/clothing in general
– Dietzel gets his own custom doggie blankets
– Monika gets custom bras made from spider silk (comfort & strength)
If any of that is even close to canon, Digit can make a very comfortable living working with the Fashion Ninjas and producing some amazing and unique clothing items.
(Re the “development” discussion thread: if she can go from two to four arms and back again, the difficulty of a simple adjustment of relative “endowment” should be about a 1.0.)
That’s one spiderthat’s adapted to being a mammal!
Actually, Digit’s now a HYBRID of the two; part mammal, part arachnid! 😉
So an Arachne?
And what a mammal she is.
I guess she sees clothing as a form of changeable protective coloration.
Probably true, although her current camoflague probably isn’t going fool anybody!
I was kinda surprised at her figure, I didn’t think she appeared to be so well-endowed before.
I was kinda hoping she would have a modest bosom for a change…
Well, compared to some of the characters, her bosom *is* modest. Though your right, she does seem bigger in that area than she previously was.
You’re not your. Dangit.

Snort! That’s funny. 🙂
Ah good. I was wondering if it was just me or if she had “matured” for this picture.
Think Digit looks better with Blonde hair, and Dietzel looks very comfortable where he is right now. 🙂

Dietzel is a lucky dog!

Did she weave that, or is that Monica’s regular old hammock?
I suspect it’s Monica’s.
Digit would have had to work really long and hard to make that hammock, assuming she still has the capability.

Coupl’a Thoughts:
– This might be a future pic, representing a more grown up Spidey-gal.
– At first I didn’t see D-baby in the main picture…
– Every Dog has his Day…
So while men may dream of being butterflies, and butterflies dream of being men, spiders dream of being what they are, and are thus truly enlightened.
I do hope she managed to relocate where her spinnerets are on the body, I feel like that would be a bit embarrassing to walk in on her making a web.
Adorable – I love the addition of the dream bubble. <3
Emerson, Lake & Palmer’s song ‘Lucky Man’ with man replaced by dog keeps running through my head.
The chorus is fine.
The verses… not so much. Remember how the song ends. We don’t want that happening to Dietzel, or to Digit.
’tis true, but it’s the title and chorus that keep replaying through my head. I try not to think of the song’s end because he’s not so lucky then.
Nostalgia. Where would we be without it?
It’s possible she just adjusted herself to give Dietzel a more comfortable resting spot (well, a pair of resting spots >_>)
Gives new meaning to the term “sweater puppies”. Sweet dreams, Dietzel.
OMG! SO PRECIOUS!!! *SQUEEEE*
D’awwwwww…

That’s what I was thinking.
Am I crazy or is the ‘spider’ version of Digit (in her dream) wearing sockies?
The questions do not relate.
I like how she’s dreaming about being a spider curled up on Dietzel, while she’s sleeping with Dietzel curled up on her. Very cute.
