I don’t know, considering that she is an anthropologist I think thats a pretty wild dream.
I suspect she is being so stuffy/conservative because giving in to Katherine’s enthusiasm scares her….
I think she has had enough hints at this point that she fears it all might be true, and what that means in turn . . .
It’s called “knowing too much”. Monica knows where this road leads & doesn’t want Kathy to get hurt, physically, emotionally or spiritually.
It’s not a “Wild Theory”, it’s a hypothesis that has yet to have facts provided for or against it. 🙂
