No, not just villains. Pretentious glory hound heroes also monologue. And sometimes heroes trying to avoid fighting someone they don’t want to. There’s also when a hero is setting the stage for the narrative (read: trypically trying to establish themselves as tragic/brooding/edgy).
As much as I enjoy the internet this is one of the major reasons I’m OH so very glad I grew up long before digital cameras and cell phones and even the internet as we know it.
To be fair, while I grew up when a single mainframe fit into a warehouse, I still managed to wind up friends like this. It was called two sibling with the Polaroid and a taperecorder.
I get the idea that it’s a supersecret, encrypted social media site specifically for Paras, that can only be accessed by members of the Para community.
Or just Paul avoiding copyright infringement charges.
It’s sinking in to me that it’s Friday, that I won’t find out what’s what in this till Monday (or maybe Sunday night). Alas. Just one of those weekends.
