That’s the problem with metaphysics — finding a solution simply reveals another problem!

(Darn, I thought I’d be able to get in here first. [pouts])

That’s just the kind of thing you want to see when you come in the door at night – Doubt hanging from your ceiling.

I don’t ever see that – it’s usually still hanging around my neck like a friggin’ albatros like it always is.

Scratch that! It was Jin’s demons… not M’s.

      Feeling really stoopid now. -.-

Don’t feel that way. It takes a whole crowd of us to keep up with what’s going on.

Doubt providing the (literal) support for the operation was a memorable scene for me…

Doubt has always been my least favorite supporting character – there’s something that’s just really grating about her. Guess that means Paul can really do characterizations; no one-note Johnny he! After all, you’re not supposed to empathize with her, right? ;-)

The only thing about this particular “viewpoint” is that Doubt looks more like Drop Dead Fred than Scary Lady.

While demons are personal, aren’t they also still supposed to be something like separate entities?

Nah…If I’m not mistaken, Doubt’s taller than M is which suggests that they’re appearances don’t have to match.

Besides…remember Panic? She had snake looking hair. They seem to look more like their emotion, and doubt is a greasy, oil-slick kind of thing (imo)…and that is much better illustrated with long hair. :)

I agree Julie, there’s just something about long JET black hair on that thin frame that reflects the preconception of “femininity” it suits Doubt’s history and “sleaze” factor.

    She’s right though ^^
Annoying as it may seem we tend to worry about the fact we have nothing to worry about after major events.
Wonder if its because we get used to worrying so kinda miss it?

Monica really needs to carry a squirt bottle of vinegar water for moments like this. It works on mean dogs, why not on mean insecurities?

I just wanted to say that this page took a while to load, and I didn’t mind in the slightest. I was looking as Monica in the first panel and thinking, “She is just ADORABLE!” It’s official. I like her better with this hair. :D

Just because you worry about not having things to worry about doesn’t mean you can’t worry about worries that you don’t worry about.

When I was little I used to pretend I was walking on the ceiling. Oh, wait. That was just last week.

(Silly demon. Trix are for kids!)

But seriously – intriguing to see Doubt hanging around.

As the demons (or one anyway) return, coincidentally, I rediscover Diamanda Galas. Creepy coincidence if there ever was one.
