Some days, I think that I may be blessed with twin Guardian Angels, but they’re named Synchronicity and Serendipity. This seems like their idea of a reminder to count one’s blessings.
Already had that problem. She can poit the snow, but unless she also poits the entire snowfront it is a very short-term solution, and poiting an entire snowfront could have consequences she’d rather not risk.
Hey, just like Michigan! That’s always fun. You look outside when you get up in the morning, rejoice for the lack of snow, do you morning routine, head out the door, and YOUR CAR IS COVERED.
…not that submarines need to guard against incursions into Grand Traverse Bay from Chicago or anything…the only major incursion into Traverse City lately is hipsters, and they come by land, not sea (cue rimshot)…HIYO!
I had only recently been reading about the manitou. So I quick google’d this island, and realized the word from which “Manitoba” was derived. …All things considered, “Manitou Island” would not be the worst name for the gals’ getaway locale.
I’m not sure what the local timeline is, but we in the non-Para world have been having a pretty strong El Nino year. The weather patterns incited cause whole climates to shift many degrees (of longitude) to the east – and in some cases reverse the average climate patterns for an area (high pressure zone over New Zealand, instead of the normal low pressure zone). …So, if they too are experiencing a strong El Nino period, snow on their island -while not likely- might not be as unlikely as it should seem.

Anyone else notice that the Related Comics… well, aren’t quite related to the subject of the current comic?
They are related in that the tags match, you are getting ‘related’ confused with ‘connected’
Two babes chillin’ on the beach? what’s so wrong with that???

Jin looks cute trying to catch snowflakes on her tongue…
Umm, no, that’s not what she’s doing 😛
But do agree that she is looking cute 😀
ugh you kinda asked for that one…crap i forgot her name.
That’s Monica, thoush she seems a bit tall er than usual.
No, Jin has always been slightly shorter
What? It hasn’t been that long since we last saw her 🙁
Can’t she just “POIT!” the snow elsewhere, like Vermont (The ski trails are having a real drought this year.)
Yes, yes she can, but she has to rant at Mother Nature first 😀

stupid fudgies…
You are aware that there’s a sunken U-boat in Lake Michigan, aren’t you?

Oh, Monica. You should know by now that there’s no escaping it. There is nowhere to hide.

The theory is that it is somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle.
Also, Mother Nature likes dropping snow on Monica when, and where, she least expects it 😀
Ever since the beginning of Wapsi Square these never get old 🙂
Makes me honestly wonder how the weather is in Minnasota.
Some days you get the snow, and some days the snow gets you.
