Mid-Week Break
on August 15, 2018

My shoulder is doing okay, not great, but okay. Just taking a mental break until Monday, Aug 20th. I got some bad family news today regarding my mom’s health. I’ve talked about it more over on my Facebook page, and my brain is not currently cooperating. *hugs for everyone*
Is it my imagination, or is Atsali wearing her hair like Castela these days?
Do what you need to do. We will be here no matter how long you need. You have our hopes.
Best wishes.

FYI, that’s a lupine hug.
Take care, Paul. Take all the time you need. We will still be here when you come back.
Both Atsali, and you seem just a tad accident prone. My condolences. In 19+ years I have found almost every imaginable way too cut, burn, fracture, or otherwise maim myself. I’m something of a consultant now. Almost found a new application for 6 gallons [~23 Liters ] of 300°F
[~149° C]Cooking Oil, changing the Filter on a Deep Fryer Tuesday. It’s a natural talent I mercifully don’t often indulge.
My sympathies. See you Monday, barring further developments.

Everything is explained on the link. Simply share that’s all we ask at this point in time. Thanks again to everybody may God bless and may all your kindness be rewarded tenfold thank you!
Very sorry to hear that she’s having some tough times.
Do what you need to do, for her and for yourself.
I’m very sorry to hear about your mother’s health Pablo I certainly hope that she does get better soon. Take the time that you need in order to make sure that you and your family are well at this time. If my previous post he’s in bad taste due feel free to remove it you’ve been very kind and I do not want it to seem as though I’ve taken advantage of your kindness.
Regarding your shoulder injury have you tried to look at a TENS electrotherapy system to see if that will help with this type of injury. I know that for physical therapy it is used quite a bit so I was not sure if this would actually be of help to you.
So sorry to hear about your mother. Big internet hugs to you and the rest of your family. Do what you need to do for yourself and your family.
Hugs.. an best wishes…
That’s our Atsali- bountifully beautiful, behemothly busty and blatantly bandaged! Best wishes Pablo, for her as well as you!
Look, take more time now in order to take less time overall…
Strength & Love Paul-o…
Miss you, Monica. This isn’t what I’d originally signed up for, on this comic.
Love the work you do, Paul, but I miss Monica and the Golems, and the storyline thereof. Hope you can find your way out of the adolescent drama you’ve dug yourself into, Paul.
Best wishes, my friend. Nearly lost my mom around Christmas last year. Hope things resolve well for you.
Best wishes, Paul. Take your time. We’ll be here when you’re ready, guaranteed!
My mother was an English Teacher, and more gifted in that language then any of her 10 children. Her care fell to my oldest sister, and I, when a series of strokes left the language center of her brain damaged. She COMPLETELY understood us. She was as sharp, and incisive as ever, until she died of a secondary infection, before learning to walk again for the 3rd time. I served as her “Translator” as one of the few, and sometimes the only family member who could figure out what she was trying to say. A lesson in patience. She could sometimes take most of an hour to find the words [or parts of words to get a simple idea across. After one especially arduous exchange, I was able to determine she was talking about a Dream she had had. we were told by the neurologists, that she had been very lucky. The series of mini-strokes had also affected her Limbic System, and her basic emotions. It could have left her constantly, and irrationally ANGRY. Instead she thought it was funny.
