Something I’d recommend to Monica as well. Having breasts that require a F or G sized bra inflict a serious amount of strain on the back and shoulders. Getting a good surgeon is a pre (unskilled hacking can seriously reduce sensitivity).
As an alternative to surgery (which I believe she’s going to at least try first) she could make a very serious effort to get into shape, and develop the muscles of her back to that they’re strong enough to support what’s on the front through a variety of movements, positions, and long days with as little strain as possible.

As a side effect of all that exercise, her bust size may well drop a cup or two also.
I went to high school with a guy that had pretty severe gynecomastia. You can imagine that was likely not a great experience for him.
