      Most of us do. Stereotypes become stereotypes for a reason.

        True, and that reason is the human need for an organised world that can be predicted. It’s easier for the human brain to process people as belonging to large groups that supposedly share a set of simplified characteristics (i.e. stereotypes), than to treat each individual as separate and requiring their own category.
        In other words, stereotypes come from the brain’s limited storage capacity and processing power.

        The human brain has the processing power equivalent to about 17 MILLION-MILLION hertz (17 terahertz).
        That is beyond the processing power of all but the best super-computers presently available.
        as for storage… let’s say ROOMS of the best ram comes close to what’s between your ears.
