I know that feeling. Generally after having to close at night then turn around and be in at 4AM!

My wife jokes about this. She’s a coffee vampire.

You realize that would kill you in under a minute… right?

You realize that to a caffeine addict that might be preferable… right?

I also realize that this is a comic, and prone to hyperbole. 🙂

No. Dying by caffeine overdose literally means your body will begun to break down your muscles, as it try to get more water to diffuse the amount, while your synapses overworking, and at first didn’t even feel, what happens to you. You will be lucky, if you get a help in time, and only need to say goodby to both of your kidneys.

You’re talking about a caffeine overdose via the normal digestive process. Injecting it -unfiltered- into your circulatory system is another matter entirely. Dead in a minute.

I’m guessing this is the point where Paul figured out where he was going with Tina.

      “silver” or “spiral”?

Monica has started doing weird stuff with the Glyph language. Something is awakening in her. Probably this is why Tina’s true appearance is starting to show through. Question is how long will it take our famously unobservant protagonist to notice? 😉

There was at least ^one^ character, not being aware of the paranormal goings-on around her (at least at the time), who commented on Tina’s eyes looking silver.
It’s not until sometime later that we see a few pages which are “colored” in a way that her eyes look like they could be silver.
In all the other images of her (except for the strips before ^this^ one), her “silver” eyes are depicted with spirals/swirls.

Haha, that’s me, every day, minus the coffee because I’m one of the “lucky” people that was born 100% resistant to caffeine. Q_Q

This reminds me of the first scene with Jeeves and Wooster together. (It’s on youtube)
