Aww, cute! ^_^ I’m pretty okay with tall people liking me now. Then again, it’d be hard NOT to be okay with it considering I’m FIVE FRICLEM FEET TALL. Exactltly. I imagine short (straight) guys have it a bit harder

Most guys throw bones at her, or turn into giant space babies?

    Don’t answer that.

      I’m sorry, Dave. I’m afraid I can’t do that.

They crowd around her like curious monkeys?

If I remember that part of the movie correctly, they weren’t monkeys but ^apes^ (specifically the variety that evolved into ancient predecessors of modern humans).

Owen never got the chance to treat Lakshmi like a monolith because Lakshmi treated Owen like a child’s rag doll. There’s always at least two perspectives to any shared situation.
Now the only question is, did Owen think the date went as well as Lakshmi does? It’s kinda hard to tell from his expression there…Is it like, dislike, or perhaps merely stunned?
