In the US, we frequently have these stupid expletive expletive bathrooms with multiple stalls, and the stalls lock (latch, really).
Elsewhere, they just have a handful of little rooms with real walls and real doors and no gaps between the panels with a toilet and a sink.
Now, thinking about the elsewhere ones: if you throw a shower head in there, you get something you see on boats – a small place to do one’s ablutions where the entire space is used as the shower. Amusingly, such a place is known as a ‘wet head’, and the implications in these comments bring a whole new, horribly crass meaning to that name.
