Alan Arkush, the director of “Rock and Roll High School” had the flu, and had to miss several days of shooting.
His friend, Joe Dante, stepped in to get it done.
If Dante hadn’t stepped in and kept production going, they’d have had to scrap the shoot.
Why?
BHecause they were up against a hard deadline by which they had to bvlow up the school.
It was slated for demolition, anyway, and they arranged to shoot in and around it and to blow it up for the grand funale.
It’s a very pretty exlosion, at night – its flash bleaches out the film for a frame or two.
And the powderman apparently over-estimated how a big a charge he needed; you can see Marky Ramone glance behind him quickly and then hunker lower over his drums …and it sets fire to the flag on the flagpole – and a tree that was almost directly above the Ramones, P J Soles and Paul Bartel.
You know, the Brits voted “You were just supposed to blow the bloody doors off!” as like the best line ever |or summat like that}, when “Think you used enough dynamitethere, Butch?” is a better line in basically the same situation.
Well, if one is tall in the torso (and not as tall in the legs) and the other one is tall in the legs (and not so tall in the torso), Rosslyn could have gotten the short end of the Punnett square, pun fully intended.

Wonder what’s so special about the floor: is it the material itself or maybe a mosaic
Good to have you back.
Morticia?
Haha, I thought so, too!
“Remember, George, no man is a failure who has friends.” —Clarence Odbody.
So what is Sofia?
Human.
So, Andrew is incubus?
So, since Roslyn must be SOME sort of para {attending Gryphon High}, what’s her dad?
He’s an incubus.
“… only 4 days …”

But they all held on and finished the tak.

I thought that was Stheno for a second and fell off my chair.
Me too!!!

You are all ignoring the importance question: How’d these to manage to Shortstack? Two Tols did a Smol?

Now I’m wondering if Rosslyn has a sibling who got all the tall parts…
Aren’t Lakshmi’s family more or less normally – proportioned?
Well, HELLO Mommy!
I immediately like Sofia…and I’m almost as emotional as Andrew, so this scene resonates…
Does Rosslyn’s outfit in the Patreon drawing mean she’s gonna work somewhere other than the Sakura Cafe?
Nah, she’s just wearing one of her mom’s old t-shirts. =)
She’s not Dietzel’s pizza delivery girl, is she?
Nope, that was Dylan.
