Got to say, it looks like Castella’s just wearing a piece of string with a little frill on it.
I think that’s the top edge of the suit. Pickle doesn’t look quite as flat as usual in the last panel.
The kind of suits shes been wearing, esp considering her age and all, have strategic ruffles as nods to social modesty.
