    Yeah M is scary with just the demons let alone anything else, refer to Tina saying she could tell someones heart to stop before they could flex a muscle.

      You know, thinking about it, that isn’t as useful as you would think. Turning off the spinal cord would be much better. Stopping the heart will kill someone, and if you are lucky send them into shock, but…
      If they don’t go into shock the brain and muscles can still function for quite a few seconds. Long enough to make sure they don’t die alone.
      But without the spinal cord (or with the brain told not to talk to it) you not only don’t have muscle control but your heart stops anyway since the brain isn’t telling it to beat.
      I guess you could combine two commands, don’t move and heart stop, or “stop every muscle in your body, including your heart and diaphragm”
