At least here nobody has to worry about framing it.

She has quite a mouth on her for a tween. How kids have changed from me being that age.

I always find comments like that hilarious. Trust me, at your age, there were kids that swore like sailors too. Maybe you didn’t see them, but they were there.

I was born in ’88. If I’d used that kind of language and mum found out about it, I’d have got a clip ’round the earhole.

If I kept doing it, the wooden spoon.

The obvious solution is not to do it within parental earshot.

I cussed like anything when I was ten, but I didn’t know “fuck”. Of course, that was back in the fifites and people were careful what they said in front of the children.

I grew up around loggers . . . they tried to be careful around children, but it didn’t work.

The children tried to be careful what they said in front of adults, but that didn’t work either.

The joke was that a “side rod” (logging boss) had to be able to swear fluent and loud, and most could.

I love that she has to “plant” her feet to keep the recoil under control…

I wonder how deep the roots are?

10000 years later, archaeologists find this and puzzle over it, and Pickle, being an extremely long-lived para, wanders by and goes, “Oh yeah, that……..”

Yep, I have had days where I’d *love* to be able to that, instead I have to wait until I get home and shut the door and basically yell that at the top of my lungs….. then I go kill stuff in some game. lol

In the past, would punch a wall: the physical release did wonders (so to did the shock), but now, we don’t have as many free walls to punch

Also…. if she has this much power now, can you imagine the sort of DAMAGE Castella will be able to dish out once she grows up? I think I’m gonna be scared now so I don’t have to start being scared then…..

There comes a point where being scared does you absolutely no good.
Castela is fast becoming a force of nature, something you have to live or die with but fear will have no effect or use.

Well, “this”, as shown in this strip, isn’t really her current limit as I understand it. “This” was just blowing off some steam and frustration, but she’s holding back as the mountain is still standing…

Being scared now is perfectly logical and proper.
