This makes me ask the question, “How big is the paranormal school district that Gryphon serves? The fact that their flying field is in Norway suggests it may be very large. Maybe she just hasn’t been hanging out with other boys. This may change soon.
I’ve been picturing it as a sort of Hogwart’s-for-paras, and assumed that either the entire para population lives near enough for their kids to attend, or it serves an entire continent. OC, Hogwart’s is clearly a boarding school while Gryphon is not, but paras, especially those in the good graces of MiB, probably have access to much faster methods of travel than baseline humans do.
There is such a place, it’s called fantasy-make-believe-land. The Wapsiverse is a matriarchy. That’s why more and more of the cast steadily end up in lesbian relationships

Any dude trying to do that LITERALLY is going to give Paul an opportunity to steer the story into afterlife and underworld type mythological directions.
Well technically Castela is older that her current form. She is maybe a year older than Atsali when she was rescued from the lab by Leucoisa and Walter, Atsali’s parents.
Maybe, but when it comes to personality and family dynamics, Atsali has always been the big sis, the one who was always a few grades ahead in school, and had somewhat more life experience.
And ability to drop a little big sis advice when need be. This was probably way better for Castella than getting yelled at/lectured/advised by Mom would have been.
And now Castela gets to learn to joys of having ‘friends that are dating’. And by joys I mean:
1- she’ll be constantly excluded now
2- she’s the obligatory third wheel when they DO remember to include her
3- she gets to hold the friendships together when these two start to fight
JOY.
It would help if he’s durable enough that she doesn’t break him the first time they have an argument. A young titan might be able to survive, but they are quite rare.
