I doubt there will be any significant anger from Shawna, especially once Scarlet explains the situation. I’m guessing this is more of a ‘lolwut’ moment since it’s pretty different from Scarlet’s normal S. O. P., and my money is on Shawna using this to take some lighthearted jabs at both Cass and Scarlet in the near future. If we’re lucky, Shawna will figure out how to turn the table on Scarlet, just for S&Gs.
Is it obvious to everyone else what the heck Scarlet was really trying to accomplish? Because I haven’t the slightest idea. I can’t think of any combination of motives, cluelessness vs. empathy, or altruism vs. manipulativeness that is consistent with the her behavior in this arc. Or at least one that isn’t chaotic-evil. So confused. (insert “it’s all for the breast” joke here)
