but, isn’t the word “typo” an abbreviation of the term “typographical error”? so yes, an omitted word is indeed an error, therefore you BOTH are correct?
I wonder if her being part succubus mitigates or compounds the problem? Perhaps that part of her is neutral in respect to this, but given the nature of succubus and incubus demons I kind of doubt it…
Well we know that Nadette at least isn’t above trying to. Atsali can be a bit slow on the uptake but I expect her to give it her best once the idea manages to penetrate her dense emotional defenses.
And additionally, was being very careful NOT to sing to Nadette (or anyone, really) before she learned that strongly affectionate emotions negate her powers completely; She literally can’t charm someone who already loves or cares deeply for her.
Further, Nadette, being a seer (this hardly ever comes up anymore) is immune to many types of magical mental influences, because not all of her consciousness is existing in the present moment at once.
Though it’s also been mentioned (or dropped like a deux-ex-machina explanation for why her seer-ness never comes up, >_>) having emotional involvement in matters (such as anything she does with Atasli, ever) blurs her powers into ineffectiveness.
OK then, Atsali girl; pick up on THAT!
A kiss may not be the truth, but it is what we wish were true.
One question answered, at least.
One’s a typo. The other is an omitted word.

“Omit needless words!” —The Elements of Style, Strunk & White.

“Apology accepted” 🙂
You did good, Atsali.
Nadette is looking kind of desperate, coming in at the first frame.
Well, that answers that question.
Wait, what were we talking about?
I generally thought Atsali was clueless because she was Atsali, not because she was a siren.
Atsali’s clueless because she’s Atsali, but sirens in general don’t perceive emotions the same way as others. =)
I wonder if her being part succubus mitigates or compounds the problem? Perhaps that part of her is neutral in respect to this, but given the nature of succubus and incubus demons I kind of doubt it…
It’s a compounded problem. Like Paul said.
Muchas Smoochas! (appologies to Bill Waterson)
That’s a liplock. I can’t even see any delineation between their two faces. Could they have melded together?

I keep coming back to look at that third frame. I really like that. Nadette didn’t feel it in her ears or her tail, she felt it in her heart.
At some point it’s all going to go south because both girls have forgotten that Atsali used her siren powers on Nadette.
Nadette already had feelings for Atsali so Atsali has no magic power over Nadette.
And additionally, was being very careful NOT to sing to Nadette (or anyone, really) before she learned that strongly affectionate emotions negate her powers completely; She literally can’t charm someone who already loves or cares deeply for her.

D’AAAWWWWWWWWWWW!
