Well, Atsali IS a top-tier predator para. Especially rough-housing with Castela (and Nadette, no doubt), she may need some awareness-training to dial back her strength when dealing with mere, fragile mortals. Hopefully Digit hasn’t suffered any damage beyond a slight squishing and popping a few joints. Getting used to this idea of a skeleton on the inside with all the soft parts decorating it is going to take a bit more practical acclimatization than just intellectual comprehension.
I like that link- I went back a few days and found this one: http://wapsisquare.com/comic/toy-freedom/ Paul, sometimes, can be awkward w/ the text but _that_ is a great example of getting it right…
There may be some question as to whether or not Digit has met an actual “human” since she became one.
And, technically, Digit herself is just “human form;” I still think some para experts need to examine her very carefully to determine if she is actual human or human-shaped fae or …… It’s a small (or maybe even a big) miracle that she didn’t transform as a dog-spider given the talisman’s original purpose.
Well, since apparently Digit’s spider family has lived in The Library for generations, it seems natural for her to work in the school library, where she’d likely literally feel right at home.
Sort of like how if you have a native Spanish/French/etc speaker attending your school, you have them tutor the other students who are taking that language as part of their studies.
Squish?
Boob squish!
Probably her Lydia-bra.
Like half of the school is would love to be in Digit’s place there. 😉
“Half”?
A spider squished between two pillows — a close call for Digit!

This comic should have been in the ‘related comics’ list:

It’ll probably cycle up. I thought about the same comic, BTW.

yeah, Atsali that’s cute and all but you are super strong girl, tone it down a notch. ~<3
She’s also simply not used to the human need to hug.

Well, when we first met Digit, she *was* in the Bibliothiki. (If I’m transliterating that correctly.)

Careful, Sali; spiders like her are surprisingly delicate arachnids…
Atsali would have been so chagrined if Digit exploded in her face.
Hugs that would crack an exoskeleton, Digit. Be glad you have bones now.
You _WILL_ feel the Love…
