      Not a factor. She has a condition where her baby teeth never fell out.
      This leaves her with a smile with small gaps and teeth that look too small for her head. It’s unsettling to people even if it’s hard for them to pin down exactly why.

      Now, how Paul chooses to draw her moment to moment is based more on what he’s trying to show. Creepy teeth don’t exactly fit the current mood.
