I believe it is established that the entire warehouse belongs to Kath and the girls. That does not preclude them from allowing other paras they trust from living there if there are floors beyond the three they are established as inhabiting. (each of the girls has a loft/floor.)
It is possible that Kath may have a floor/loft in addition to the “common” family floor where the kitchen and family room are. Wee3 know Kath has a greenhouse or garden on the roof and Pickle hangs out there in stormy weather.
