      Not a Mexican holiday. Read Bertita Harding’s “Phantom Crown”. The central Mexicans supported Emperor Maximilian.
      Cinco de Drinco is a Pueblan holiday that is pretty-much an excuse for white Americans to drink a lot and talk trash about the French (who do deserve it).
